I've been playing keyboard and electric guitar since 10ish years. I wrote and composed my first few songs when I was 15
If I were to continue making music, my music right now would sound like the song Close Enough to Feel You by 5SOS' lead singer Luke and his wife Sierra
Fav artists to play: 5SOS, Arctic Monkeys, Green Day. I even have three tattoos related to music (and two related to memes :P)
Since as long as I can remember, people have been telling me to quit whatever I'm doing and get into stand up because I'm apparently so funny and witty?
I did write a standup comedy set on LinkedIn, UChicago US-India, healthcare, Behavioral Science, dating, therapy, capitalism, existentialism. I wrote it when I dropped out of UChicago in Oct 2023
I'm currently writing my second standup comedy set (2026). It is on what happened after I dropped out of UChicago, plus the UPenn master's!
I also had an Instagram meme account (in addition to having 40,000+ followers on LinkedIn - duality of man). The account is still there, but I don't use it anymore
I have two memes tattooed on me, one of which is extremely witty
I also have a hilarious (I think) dating resume (if you think the job market's bad, see the dating market lol we're in a whole recession. Be grateful if you're not single.) Dating resume and references available upon request.
I've been weightlifting since I was 13, and finally after 10 years of weightlifting, I'm almost as muscular as a 13-year-old boy who has never been to the gym lol
Some personal records (PRs) I'm proud of are 25 kg or 50 lb forearms farmer's walk, 12.5 kg or 25 lb bicep curl
Fav books: Notes on a Nervous Planet and Reasons to Stay Alive by Matt Haig. They're about how to stay sane in a world that thrives on driving you insane
Favorite thing that I read at least once a month - George Mack's essay on high agency
For learning/understanding, I prefer reading and drawing to watching/listening
